A referral code may also be submitted where applicable. Login and password-reset functionality may involve processing the user's email address or username and related security information.

3. Identity and KYC Information

To provide regulated or restricted account and financial services, users may be required to complete KYC verification. Depending on the applicable verification requirements, users may submit an ID Card, Driving Licence, or Passport. Users may upload document images from their device gallery or capture document photographs using the device camera. KYC information may be used for identity verification, fraud prevention, account security, anti-money-laundering, compliance, and other applicable legal or regulatory purposes.

4. Bank Verification and Bank Information

Users may submit bank details through the KYC section when bank services are required. We may process bank account information and related verification details to support deposits, withdrawals, account verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and applicable compliance obligations.

5. Crypto Wallet and Network Information

Users may submit a cryptocurrency wallet address through the KYC section. Where crypto services are available, users may select the applicable blockchain network and provide or receive wallet-address information. Burjex Prime may process wallet addresses, selected network information, transaction identifiers, amounts, timestamps, and related blockchain or transaction records for deposit, withdrawal, verification, security, reconciliation, and compliance purposes.

6. Deposits and Payment Information

Users may fund a wallet or trading account using available payment methods. For bank deposits, users may be required to follow the payment instructions shown in the application, enter an amount and reference, and upload payment proof for administrative verification and approval. For cryptocurrency deposits, users may select the applicable network and destination wallet or trading account, after which a deposit address may be generated for the transaction. We may process payment method information, deposit amount, payment references, proof-of-payment documents, transaction records, wallet addresses, network information, and related verification information.

7. Withdrawals and Payout Information

To process withdrawals, users may be required to complete KYC and provide the applicable verified bank or cryptocurrency wallet information. For bank withdrawals, bank information submitted through KYC may be used for payout processing. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, users may provide a wallet address and select the applicable network. We may process withdrawal requests, amounts, destination information, wallet addresses, bank information, transaction records, approval records, and related compliance information.

8. Trading and Account Information

When users use trading functionality, Burjex Prime may process trading account numbers or identifiers, balances, equity, orders, positions, transaction history, deposits, withdrawals, commissions, and other records necessary to provide and administer trading and account services.

9. How We Use Information

We may use information to create and manage user accounts; provide trading, wallet, deposit, withdrawal, KYC and customer-support services; verify identity and payment details; process transactions; detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized activity; maintain platform security; communicate with users; reconcile financial and blockchain transactions; improve services; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

10. Device, Camera, Gallery and Technical Information

The application may use device features and technical information necessary to provide its functions. For KYC document submission, the application may request camera access to capture document photographs and access to photos or files where the user chooses to upload a document from the device. Technical information may include device type, operating system, application version, IP address, diagnostic information, security information, and relevant application logs.

11. Data Sharing

We may share information with service providers and partners that assist with hosting, security, KYC or identity verification, payment or transaction processing, cryptocurrency or blockchain-related services, communications, technology, analytics, professional advice, and other operational functions. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data for purposes inconsistent with this Policy.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal, identity, financial, trading, and technical information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. No electronic transmission, storage system, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account and transaction records, protect security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, anti-money-laundering, record-keeping, and other obligations. Certain KYC, financial, trading, payment, and transaction records may therefore need to be retained after an account-deletion request where legally required.

14. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

Users who create a Burjex Prime account may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the account-deletion mechanism made available by Burjex Prime and through an accessible web-based deletion resource. Account deletion does not override information that Burjex Prime is legally required to retain. Where retention is required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or another lawful obligation, the relevant information may be retained for the required period and protected accordingly.

15. Children's Privacy

Burjex Prime is not intended for children where use would be unlawful or inappropriate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

16. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other control over their personal information. Privacy requests may be submitted to [email protected].

17. International Processing

Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the user's country of residence where necessary to provide services or work with service providers. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be applied.

18. Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party services for functions such as hosting, security, KYC verification, payment processing, cryptocurrency services, communications, analytics, or other operational functions. Such providers may process information under their own applicable privacy policies and contractual obligations.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, services, legal requirements, or data practices. Updated versions will be published through an appropriate official channel and will show an updated effective date.
